These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Here Now Advisory website and your engagement with Here Now Advisory services operated by Crystal Wong under Crystal & Co. Studio, LLC. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them in full.

1. About Here Now Advisory

Here Now Advisory is a decision-support advisory practice operated by Crystal Wong under Crystal & Co. Studio, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Here Now Advisory provides structured Decision-Support Analysis to individuals navigating career and professional decisions. Services are delivered under the terms of your Engagement Letter, Statement of Work, and Important Disclosures, which together form the complete binding agreement for each client engagement.

2. Not Professional Advice

If your decision involves legal, financial, tax, psychological, or medical considerations, you should consult a licensed professional in the relevant field before acting. You are solely responsible for all decisions made in connection with any information or analysis provided by Here Now Advisory.

3. Services & Eligibility

Here Now Advisory services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By engaging our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Services are strictly limited to the deliverables specified for your selected tier. They do not include ongoing coaching, therapy, financial advice, legal advice, career placement, job search assistance, or any service not explicitly listed in your Engagement Letter.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are due in full at checkout via Stripe. No work begins until payment is received and confirmed. The following refund policy applies:

Before intake submission

If you request cancellation after payment but before submitting your completed intake form, you are entitled to a full refund less a $150 administrative fee, processed within two business days. You must submit your intake form within 7 calendar days of payment or the engagement may be closed, retaining the $150 administrative fee.

After intake submission

Once your intake form is submitted and work has commenced, no refund is available. Once your Clarity Strategy Memo™ has been delivered, all fees are non-refundable regardless of whether you use the memo or agree with its analysis.

Tier changes

You may downgrade before intake submission — the difference will be refunded within two business days. You may upgrade within 30 days of memo delivery by contacting crystal@herenowadvisory.com and paying the difference. No changes are permitted after the 30-day upgrade window closes.

5. AI-Assisted Analysis

The Clarity Strategy Memo™ is produced using a proprietary decision framework developed by Here Now Advisory. AI language tools are used as one component of the analytical process, operating under Advisor's framework and subject to Advisor's review before every delivery. The analysis, interpretation, and recommendations reflect Advisor's methodology — not AI-generated output.

Here Now Advisory does not use your intake responses to train AI models or any third-party machine learning system.

6. Intellectual Property

The Here Now Advisory scoring framework, all proprietary indexes (Overwhelm Index, Constraint Pressure Index, Risk Mispricing Index, Plan Executability Index, Option Differential Score), the Clarity Strategy Memo™ format and template, and all related methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Crystal & Co. Studio, LLC.

Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your delivered Clarity Strategy Memo™ for your own personal, non-commercial decision-making purposes only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or disclose your memo or any portion of its methodology to any third party without prior written consent
• Resell or commercialize any deliverable
• Use any deliverable to train any AI model or competing product
• Represent the Here Now Advisory methodology as your own

7. Confidentiality

Here Now Advisory will not disclose your intake responses or memo content to any third party except as required by law, with your written consent, or as necessary to deliver the services. Confidentiality obligations continue for three years following termination of your engagement, except that obligations with respect to your personal intake responses and session content continue for as long as they are retained.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and your engagement with Here Now Advisory are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Before initiating arbitration, you must provide written notice of the dispute and allow a 30-day period for informal resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

This website is provided for informational purposes only. All content on this website is the property of Crystal & Co. Studio, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Here Now Advisory reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email prior to taking effect.
