Here Now Advisory collects the following information solely to deliver your engagement: your name and email address (provided at checkout) and your intake questionnaire responses (provided after payment). We do not collect financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
Your information is used solely to produce and deliver the Clarity Strategy Memo™ and, where applicable, to conduct your advisory session (The Move session or The Full Sprint session). Your information is not used for any other commercial purpose and is not sold, licensed, or shared with any third party except as necessary to deliver the services or as required by law.
The Clarity Strategy Memo™ is produced using a proprietary decision framework developed by Here Now Advisory. AI language tools are used as one component of the analytical process, operating under Advisor's framework and subject to Advisor's review before every delivery. The analysis, interpretation, and recommendations in your memo reflect Advisor's methodology — not AI-generated output.
Your intake responses are processed by AI tools in order to produce your memo. By completing the intake questionnaire and submitting payment, you provide affirmative consent to this AI-assisted processing. You will be asked to confirm this consent separately at the intake stage via a dedicated acknowledgment checkbox. Here Now Advisory does not use your intake responses to train AI models or any third-party machine learning system.
Following the conclusion of your engagement, Here Now Advisory may occasionally contact you at the email address you provided at checkout with relevant updates, resources, or information about the practice. All such communications will be sent from crystal@herenowadvisory.com and will identify the sender as Here Now Advisory, Crystal & Co. Studio, LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
You may opt out of such communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in any such communication or by emailing crystal@herenowadvisory.com. Opt-out requests will be honored within ten (10) Business Days of receipt. Your email address is never sold, licensed, or shared with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Your information is retained for two (2) years following delivery of your Clarity Strategy Memo™ for record-keeping purposes, then deleted.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting crystal@herenowadvisory.com. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used.
